complete upon implementation, we generally find that our clients
continue to enhance their workflow process systems in order to cover an
ever increasing portion of the business processes. As a result we
provide maintenance and development agreements that provide you with new
development in return for your money, in contrast to other providers who
charge annual maintenance agreements simply to ensure that they will
answer the phone.
